Public Sector Support (PSS) National Family Planning Training Reviewed and revised the current National Family Planning Training Manual and subsequent mentorship models.
Family Planning and Sexual Reproductive Health (FR/SRH) Pilot Project Conduct stakeholder mapping to inform the development of a community-based referral and training model by improving access for women and men to information, means and methods of contraception.
Policy, Advocacy and Resource Mobilisation Support Support the National Department of Health and Provincial Health Authority to accelerate progress towards malaria elimination through policy, advocacy, and resource mobilization. This is to be done through Government Affairs and Partner Support, Strategic Advocacy Support and Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion.
Community based Approaches to Reducing and Ending Stunting in PNG (PNG CARES) Conduct a needs assessment in pilot sites of Western Province, Simbu, Madang and East New Britain. Findings from the assessment will help to inform service delivery mechanisms for the implementation of a community-based social behavior change communication (SBCC) model.
Field Investigation to Inform Design and Implementation of a Nutrition-Sensitive Child Grant in PNG for the Child Nutrition and Social Protection Project Conduct research in x4 project sites of WP, ENB, Simbu and Madang to inform design, outreach and delivery arrangements of the child grant and further investigate gender norms and relations as well as existing informal support systems to understand the potential implications, interactions and unintended consequences of the cash grant on the dynamics and how the project design could mitigate against potential negative effects.
Outreach Analysis under Improving Access to and Value from Health Services in PNG: Financing the Frontlines Conduct a deep dive on how outreach health services are being conducted in IMPACT Health early adopter provinces of Enga and East New Britain. Propose recommendations for health financing.
