Loretta Bele
Chief Executive Officer
This role is a strategic executive role and leads the team in the country. The strategic function plays a critical role in the work of our programs countrywide which deliver health and environmental services to communities in all twenty-two provinces in the country. It is responsible for ensuring that our business is strategically positioned to deliver results, drive growth, achieve programmatic and operational excellence, are committed to implementing best practices at scale, while simultaneously adhering to core programmatic and operational standards.
Loretta holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Rural Health from PNG’s premiere Divine Word University and Diploma of Leadership and Management Fellowship Program, Australian Awards, Tafe Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Loretta’s expertise lay in service delivery and health focused strategies for urban, peri-urban, rural, and remote locations in PNG with demonstrated results in Government and NGO sector collaboration on project development and implementation.
A positive and empowering team leader, Loretta aspires to drive a culture of high performance to attain high standards and deliver above and beyond client expectations.

Robyn Robinson
Chief Operations Officer
The COO is a critical leadership role in the company, responsible for bringing a strategic and cohesive approach to managing operations across the business and projects it has under its portfolio, providing a holistic guidance and support for organisational performance.
As the head of implementing strategies of the business, the COO also provides leadership to a strong team through benchmarking, systems improvements and enhanced coordination and consistency. This is particularly important as the business focusses on its priorities on developing its systems processes and business its customer base for revenue.
Robyn Robinson holds a Bachelor of Environmental Practice majoring in Land and Water Management through the Australian Awards Scholarship Program from James Cook University, Townsville, Australia
Robyn is an Alumni of the Women in Leadership Program Cohort 2, 2018 and holds a Diploma in Business Management from Cairns Business College, Australia. She has fourteen years of work experience in Project Management, Human Resource Management and Community Development in the private sector and non-government organization.
Passionate about making a difference in her sphere of influence in the community in the environmental sphere, she aspires to drive the business to become a reputable firm in the industry that we operate in.
The Senior Project Operations Manager supports the Executive Leadership team with broader overview and scope of concurrent projects ensuring that best practice is applied at all levels of project operations and the business operations. This role has a strategic direction of projects and alignment with organizational objectives therefore his plays a key role in operationalizing strategies alongside the COO.
Cyjoh Waingut holds a Diploma in Business majoring in Accounting from Port Moresby Business College, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
With over a decade of work experience in the private and social sector, he joins the LEAN Consulting team with the aim of driving the financial aspect of the business to have robust financial systems and processes which will contribute to drive new business in the future.
He aspires to become a certified practicing accountant specializing in fiduciary risk.
